Attic Insulation

A furnace or AC system has to work harder when an attic is under-insulated, because heat escapes upward in winter and builds up in summer. Upgrading attic insulation is one of the most direct ways to reduce that load, and it often shows up as a lower utility bill within the first season.

Residential. We assess existing attic insulation and top it up or replace it to current standards, which helps even out temperatures between floors and reduces how often the furnace or AC has to cycle. This work pairs well with an energy audit, since insulation gaps are one of the most common findings.

Commercial. We also handle insulation for commercial roofs and attics, usually as part of a larger energy-efficiency project alongside mechanical upgrades or Net Zero Program work.
