Custom Design & Energy Audits

Some projects don’t fit a standard install: a renovation, a new build, or a commercial space with plumbing and HVAC needs together. For those, we do custom technical design and energy audits, and we’re active participants in the Net Zero Program, which means we help clients find and apply for government rebates on top of the design work itself.

Residential. For renovations and new builds, we design the HVAC system around the specific space instead of retrofitting a standard package. An energy audit identifies where a home is losing efficiency (insulation, ductwork, an aging system) and gives you a clear list of what’s worth fixing first.

Commercial. We provide comprehensive mechanical services for building systems, including HVAC, plumbing, and related work, along with technical and custom design for offices and larger commercial projects.
